Procurement

Procurement & Logistics management is supported by a strong team of experienced professionals with a total experience of over 100 years of valid and consistent experience in sourcing of products, vendor selection process, awarding of contracts following both economy and efficiency.

Our team also consists of a Post Order Service (POSE) that handles all logistic functions that include liaison with the suppliers, inspection agents, shipping & clearing agents, customs department, etc. for efficient delivery to meet project requirements

Construction and Installation

Construction and Installation Division has continued to grow her workforce of highly skilled and experienced personnel, having the capacity to undertake projects providing construction expertise.

Our team associates itself with the project right from the process design stage. It reviews process and engineering design documents especially with respect to operability and safety. The team also prepares operation manuals providing instructions for plant start-up, shutdown and handling various emergencies. It provides supervises for construction and installation activities at site in co-ordination with the Vendor Representatives. Our responsibility continues till production of final documentation covering products specifications, as-built drawings and QA/QC documentation to the full satisfaction of the clients. The team assists process department in conducting performance guarantee tests in order to establish plant operation at design through-puts with product of specified quality. We also provides technical guidance to customers in the area of trouble shooting.
